1. Reduce Inventory Risk Start small. Order limited quantities of each SKU, test them in the market, and quickly scale up the styles that sell. This reduces overstock on slow-moving SKUs and prevents missed sales from running out of fast-moving ones.
With Summitz’s U.S.-based production and semi-automated production line, we can produce different styles, colors, and sizes at the same time. Rolling production and shipments enable faster customer delivery. Orders only need to meet our material suppliers’ MOQs. Please contact Summitz for details.
2. Reduce Purchasing CostsBecause component duty rates are much lower than those for finished footwear, importing components such as uppers and soles and assembling them at Summitz can significantly reduce costs for shoes with high FOB prices and high duty rates. In these cases, Summitz’s EXW price might be lower than the landed cost of importing finished shoes into Los Angeles.
3. Increase Brand Value“Assembled in USA” and “Built in America” are more than labels, they tell a story. They show a commitment to bringing manufacturing back to the U.S., creating American jobs, and supporting local communities. For brands, that story can be a powerful marketing tool, helping them stand out, connect with consumers, and build greater brand value.
